Welcome to Ragnarok
Staff: Panda

Updates: 23rd April 2007.
Welcome to all new members! Ragnarok is still starting up at the moment, but hopefully we'll get into the swing of things before long. In the mean time, any advertising you could do on behalf of the rpg would be greatly appreciated.
Ragnarok is an advanced Wolf RPG. This means that, although you do not need to be accepted to begin roleplaying, we expect you to be able to spell and use correct grammar. Mistakes are understandable, but other members should be able to understand what you are writing.

Ragnarok is the end of all things.
It will be preceded by Fimbulvetr, the winter of all winters. For three years, the snow will fall and no Spring will come to melt it. Conflict will break out and fueds will be forged, even between families and the best of friends. All morality will dissapear.

The sun and the moon will be devoured, and the stars will go out in the sky. The call of a bird will raise the dead. The earth will shudder with earthquakes and the bond will be undone. Fenrir will be freed, and enemies and friends alike will perish.

This is the Ragnarok, the doom of the powers, the Twilight of the Gods.

This tale has been told to every cub since the wolves first made this land their home. A fairytale, repeated by the old and the insane for as long as anyone can remember, but now it seems as though it is coming true. Fimbulvetr is upon us, and the one united wolf pack has been split asunder, weakened into four. It seems as though the end is coming; will your pack survive it?
Year: One
Season: Spring
Mating: Yes
Weather: It is unusually cold for springtime, and the snow that fell heavily during the previous winter has not yet melted. Grey clouds fill the sky, blocking out the sun. At night, temperatures are freezing.
Prey: The amount of prey in the lands is low.
Danger: There have been no disasters, but the low amount of prey and cold weather are a danger to the young, old and sick.

Central Lands
[ ]Loner's Vale
This wide valley is where newcomers to the lands often end up. It is a desolate place and there is no prey to hunt here, which means that wolves cannot stay here for long or risk starving. Lone wolves come here to be claimed or invited into their pack.

[ ]Bloodshed Plain
This stretch of arid landscape is inhospitable and unpleasant. The scent of blood lingers upon the air, and when the wind whistles through the long grass it sounds almost like the howls of those who have died here. This is where wolves come to fight and settle their disputes.

North Lands
[ ]Northen Forest
Much of the Northen regions of the land are taken up by woodland, stretching on for as far as the eye can see. The dense vegetation provides shelter for all it's inhabitants, and this land is the home of the North Pack.

East Lands
[ ]Eastern Lake
A glittering lake dominates the east of the land. The large body of water promises sustainence for living creatures, attracting both wolves and prey animals alike to the Eastern Hunting Grounds. Groups of trees grow where they will around the lake's shores, and this territory is home to the East Pack.

West Lands
[ ]Western Slopes
The West Pack of wolves have made their home in the foothills of the rocky mountains that take up most of the West of the land. Life here is harsh, but the wolves who live here can survive if they are strong.
